Benefits
- Medical through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. Choose between two PPO plans: Blue Advantage Silver and Blue Advantage Gold. We pay 50% of your premium on the Silver plan. If you go with Gold, you pay the difference.
- Dental through Guardian. The plan includes orthodontic coverage for adults and kids. We cover 50% of your premium, and coverage starts on the 1st of the month after you’re hired.
- Life insurance through Guardian. Voluntary life and AD&D coverage up to $50,000, also starting on the 1st of the month after hire.

How We Pay (And Why It Matters)
Most agencies cut corners with your paycheck. We don’t:
- Other agencies hand you a 1099 and call you a “contractor” while treating you like an employee. We give you a W-2 from day one.
- Other agencies don’t pay you for meetings, trainings, or notes. We pay you for every minute worked — no exceptions.
- Other agencies make overtime “disappear.” We pay overtime at time-and-a-half, no games.
- Other agencies leave you with year-end tax chaos. We withhold taxes automatically, so April is just another month.
- Other agencies hold your pay until insurance reimburses the claim. We pay you on time, every pay period. We chase the insurance — you focus on your clients.
