Bilingual Case Manager II – Behavioral Health (Spanish/English)
About Us
At Salud Mental Oklahoma, we’re not here to check boxes. We’re here to rewrite the playbook on mental health care for Oklahoma’s Hispanic community. We’re a therapist-founded clinic — not a corporate agency — and we need a bilingual case manager who speaks the language, not just literally, but culturally.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Support clients facing mental health or substance use challenges
- Help clients access treatment, housing, transportation, and critical services
- Collaborate with therapists and leadership to coordinate care
- Use your Spanish to build deep, trusted connections with clients
What You’ll Get
- Flexible schedule — real flexibility, not the fake kind
- Health insurance stipend (available at 25+ hours/week)
- Professional development opportunities
- A supportive, non-toxic team culture
- A mission that matters
What You Won’t Find Here
- Pointless meetings
- Micromanaging
- Corporate fluff
- Competitive backstabbing
What You MUST Bring
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Compassion, grit, and commitment to the underserved
- Strong documentation and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
